How does it work?
After you filled the form to list your startup, it gets shown to the investors. Depending to the number(s) of share you allowed for investment, you get investors based on the ticket size you define. For example, if you choose 5 investment of 20.000 €, then up to 5 investors can invest 100.000 € on your startup for the percentage of preferred stock you ask investment.
What is preferred stock?
The main differences between preferred and common stock are that preferred stock gives no voting rights to shareholders while common stock gives voting rights. Preferred shareholders have priority over a company’s income, meaning they are paid dividends before common shareholders.
Can I trust Startup Marketspot?
We are an intermediate between startups and investors which helps the matchmaking between them. Our team of lawyers make sure the startups are valid businesses which has the necessary requirements for investment. The transactions doesn’t go through us and the deals are done between founders and investors. We can provide you further assistance if you need our support.
What other terms and conditions are there?
The traded stock are subject to be re-trade after at least 1 month for a price higher than the previous price. For example if you bought a stock of 20.000 €, you can resell that after a month higher price.
How much do our services cost?
It only costs 99€ for startups and we ask this cost for verification process of startups to make sure your startup is valid for investment.
